The Performance Management System (PMS) of the WCO ESA ROCB was developed by the Director and all staff of the ROCB. The PMS entails the Performance Management Contract and Appraisal, as agreed on by the Director and staff. All staff signed their respective Performance Contracts on 4/9/2018.
