The virtual meeting was convened on 20th August 2025 and chaired by Dr. Mugambi Mwirigi (RTC Kenya), Chair of the RTCs. All the RTCs were present represented by; Mr. Magen Maunikun (RTC Mauritius), Mr. Mcebesi Basi (RTC South Africa) & Ms. Lillian Musaranega (RTC Zimbabwe). Director, East & Southern Africa, Regional Office for Capacity Building, Ms. Josephine Manyasi ‘ndc’(K) & Head of Regional Intelligence Liaison Offices for Eastern and Southern Africa (RILO ESA), Mr. Sidheni M Ncube (RILO) were also in attendance.
The meeting focused on updates on the outcomes of the RTC Heads Meeting held in May 2025 and the Proposed Strategy Implementation Work/Plan.
