The outgoing Director, Mr. Larry Liza, officially handed over the leadership of the WCO ESA ROCB to the incoming Director, Ms. Josephine Manyasi ‘ndc’(K). This marked the formal and final transfer of institutional knowledge, responsibilities, and relevant documentation to the incoming Director.
Ms. Manyasi assumes office at a pivotal moment, as the region continues to build momentum in strategic development, innovation in training delivery, stronger alignment with WCO global priorities, and deeper stakeholder engagement.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the Director Emeritus Mr. Liza for his dedicated service and unwavering leadership, and warmly welcome Ms. Manyasi as she takes the helm to guide the ESA ROCB into its next chapter of impact and growth.
