The training is designed to support Customs officers in managing unpredictability, dilemmas, and operational stress with adaptability. It will enable them to remain grounded, recover from setbacks without compromising focus or integrity, and strengthen their overall resilience. Mental Wellbeing is a critical driver of performance; as unchecked stress can impair judgment. Therefore, mental wellbeing must be regarded as an operational necessity rather than an option.
