The WCO ESA ROCB family was on team training on the 2nd & 3rd of March 2020.
The main aim of the training was focusing on promoting staff cohesion and teamwork, motivating staff, boosting team performance, communication, collaboration and fostering of innovation and creativity among other objectives. The training also involved brain stimulating activities and fitness exercises.
We are thankful Kenya Revenue Authority for facilitating our travel; to Babu Fitness Consultants for their excellent instructions and guidance. We are also grateful for the excellent hosting by the Ol Donyo Sapuk Resort. Their staff and facilities have been top-notch yet most affordable. The resort is uniquely located in the marvellous Machakos County in Kenya.
