We are happy to report that we held a successful RTC Heads meeting last Thursday and Friday, beautifully hosted by Botswana. Highlights of the meeting included RTC South Africa being elected Chairperson of RTCs, Regional Strategy, development of an RTC Performance Measurement Tool, discussions on the Future of Technology, Customs response to disasters, perspectives on Small Island Economics, Regional Research, impacts of AfCFTA, among others.
