The WCO ESA ROCB conducted its first training session today for its staff on the newly implemented Air Cargo Clearance (ACC) module.
This advanced module includes features such as pre-arrival automatic targeting, declaration clearance, X-ray screening/image analysis, and physical inspection. These capabilities enhance efforts to combat the undervaluation of imports, false declarations, intellectual property infringement, and the smuggling of narcotics, foreign currency, firearms, and other prohibited goods.
The VRT program is a collaborative effort between WCO Headquarters in Brussels, RTC Korea, Korea Customs Service, CCF-Korea, and HO Entertainment.
