The Micro Learning Workshop & Regional Training Centers (RTC) Heads Meeting was held online. The session began with opening remarks from the chair, Mr. Mcebisi Basi (South Africa).
In attendance were all RTC heads, including Dr. Mugambi Mwirigi (RTC Kenya), Mr. Magen Maunikun (RTC Mauritius), and Ms. Alice Chipo (RTC Zimbabwe). Also present were Mr. Larry Liza, Director of the WCO ESA ROCB, and Ms. Ngoni L. Mashingaidze, representing the WCO ESA RILO.
South Africa led the workshop, with presentations by Ms. Jane Madue, Ms. Dineo Tsima, and Ms. Sanelisiwe Khuluse. They provided insights into the objectives, significance, and implementation of Micro Learning within the South African Revenue Service (SARS), sharing an overview, best practices, and case studies.
