The East and Southern Africa Regional Training Centres Heads Meeting in Kigali Rwanda. All the RTC Heads were present, the WCO & the ROCB Zimbabwe has been elected Chair by the other members of Mauritius, South Africa, and Zimbabwe. Our hosts Rwanda were attending as Observers at the meeting. We’ll share the report soon after the meeting ends tomorrow.
