This rich regional seminar is focusing on the Amendments to HS 2022 and was opened by Ethiopia Customs Commissioner Debele Kabeta Hursa, with remarks from ESA ROCB Director Larry Liza, the WCO & EU.
The Seminar focus is on the state of play of HS implementation in the ESA Region; presentations on the HS 2022 amendments; scaling up Customs digital transformation: electronic. platforms and tools; Role of the Members and their experiences, roles of our Regional Training Centres (RTCs), RECs and the Private sector in the implementation of HS amendments, AU & AcCFTA, among others.
