To provide leadership in the WCO East and Southern Africa region in the areas of sustainable customs capacity building and change management.
 
The Centre will provide customized services to members through delivery mechanisms that will sustain
improvement, in their operations and adaptability to the changing environment; in a timely, sustainable and cost effective manner.
